ABB Ltd acquires Dr Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG

The WMS Growth Fund for SMEs in Saxony (WMS), together with NORD Holding and the Födisch family, has sold all shares in Dr. Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG to the Swiss company ABB Ltd.

Dr. Födisch Umweltmesstechnik AG is one of Germany’s leading providers of solutions in the fields of environmental, process and analytical technology. The group offers its customers its own equipment and systems, a comprehensive range of services and project management.
