Venture Capital Fonds MV (www.genius-vc.de) and the Hamburg-based investor Matthias Kurtz are investing a seven-digit amount in Speed Care Mineral GmbH.
Speed Care Mineral (www.speedcaremineral.de), which is based in Neubrandenburg, has developed an innovative dressing material under the name SpeedM™ for the rapid treatment of heavy bleeding caused by trauma. The application of SpeedM™ helps to quickly control life-threatening bleeding in the preclinical environment and thus significantly increases the patient’s chances of survival.
Venture Capital Fonds MV GmbH is a regionally operating venture capital fund endowed by the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern with ERDF funds from the European Union. The fund invests venture capital in innovative, growth-oriented technology companies in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in the seed, start-up and initial expansion phase. The fund is managed by GENIUS Venture Capital GmbH.
