We are one of the leading multidisciplinary law firms in Central Germany, with offices in Leipzig, Jena and Berlin. Our clients include companies listed on the Dax, the TecDax and the AIM, financial investors, mid-sized and municipal companies, management boards and managing directors, and non-profit institutions and bodies.

Our firm history goes back to 2002, when one of our predecessor firms was spun off from several large law firms. Since then we have continuously added experienced lawyers, tax advisors and accountants from established law firms and accounting firms, in order to reach our goal of providing the best advice and representation to our clients.
